Esports is a natural fit for 500 Casino, particularly given the site’s established association with Counter-Strike and its wider focus on gaming. It receives prominent placement within the sportsbook rather than being buried beneath the traditional sports menu.

500 Casino has also added BETBY’s new Predictions section, which moves beyond traditional sports betting and allows players to wager on the outcome of real-world events.

There are not yet many options within most categories. Some contain only a handful of predictions, while others have very little available beyond a small number of long-term events.
BETBY only recently introduced Predictions to its sportsbook platform, and at the moment it feels like a feature still in its early stages. The foundations are promising and the interface works well, but the limited market selection makes it feel closer to a beta product or work in progress than a fully developed prediction-market platform.

Sportsbook wagers earn XP towards the next level. To receive 100% of the available XP, the bet must be placed at odds above 1.30.

Reaching Level 500 unlocks Silver, the first named VIP tier. Players then progress through a long series of ranks, with rewards and account benefits improving as they move higher.
Silver
Silver introduces a one-time promotional bonus, increased rakeback, extra raffle tickets, weekly reloads, monthly rewards and lossback.
Emerald
Emerald adds benefits such as direct access to a VIP host, preferential limits and a birthday bonus, alongside increased reloads, rakeback, lossback and monthly rewards.
Supernova
At Supernova, the promotional bonus is divided into milestones every 20 levels, allowing players to claim rewards throughout the tier rather than waiting until the end.
Benefits at Higher VIP Tiers
The one-time promotional bonus awarded for entering a new VIP tier is not the same for every player. We received approximately $95 when reaching Silver, while other players have reported receiving around $200.
500 Casino does not publish the exact formula used to calculate these personalized VIP payments. It is widely speculated that factors such as the games played, overall wins and losses, betting volume and frequency of activity influence the final amount, but this has not been confirmed by the operator.
Overall, the program does a good job of rewarding players before they reach formal VIP status, while adding more substantial benefits from Level 500 onward. Regular level bonuses, sportsbook XP and rakeback provide immediate value, with reloads, lossback, personalized support and higher promotional payments becoming available as players progress.
Mobile Experience
500 Casino does not currently offer a dedicated mobile app, so players access the sportsbook through their phone’s web browser. We have regularly used the site on mobile, and the lack of an app has not prevented us from depositing, placing bets, checking promotions or claiming rewards.
The website adjusts well to a smaller screen, with the desktop sidebar replaced by a more compact mobile navigation system. Sports and competitions remain easy to browse, while live events, My Bets and the betslip can be reached without having to learn a substantially different layout.
Placing a bet follows the same process as it does on desktop. Select the odds, enter the stake and confirm the wager through the mobile betslip. Account features, including the cashier, VIP progress, rakeback and promotions, are also available through the browser version.
In our experience, performance has generally been smooth on mobile, and the sportsbook remains practical to use even when several live markets are updating. A dedicated app could offer quicker access and notifications, but it is not essential when the browser version already provides the full account and betting experience.
Customer Support
We have contacted 500 Casino’s support team several times over the past year, both while preparing this review and when we needed help with a real promotion. Support is available through the live chat widget, with replies also sent to your registered email.
For our most recent test, we asked whether BETBY powers the sportsbook. An agent named Hellboy, easily one of the more memorable support names we’ve encountered, joined the chat within a few minutes and confirmed that it does.
We followed up with questions about monthly bonuses and withdrawal limits. The agent explained that monthly bonuses are now distributed directly through the website every 30 days, rather than requiring a Telegram link. Weekly reloads are distributed through the site every seven days.
We were also told that withdrawal limits depend on the account’s verification level:
- Unverified accounts: up to $25,000 per day
- KYC Tier 1: up to $50,000 per day
- KYC Tier 2: no withdrawal limit
Our longer-term experience has also been positive. Around ten months before this review, we contacted support after expecting cashback from a football promotion. The agent showed us where to find the required betslip ID, checked the wager and confirmed that it qualified. They then clarified that rewards were credited within 72 hours of the complete promotional game week ending, rather than within 72 hours of the individual match.

We have withdrawn from 500 Casino multiple times during more than a year of using the site and have not experienced any problems.

Safety, Licensing and Ownership
500 Casino is owned and operated by Perfect Storm B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 150536. The company operates 500 Casino under Curaçao online gaming license OGL/2024/1354/0882.
We independently checked the license through the Curaçao Gaming Authority rather than relying solely on the information displayed by 500 Casino. The official certificate confirms that Perfect Storm B.V. holds an active license issued under Curaçao’s National Ordinance on Games of Chance.
This is a direct Curaçao Gaming Authority license rather than one of the older sublicenses historically associated with Curaçao gambling sites. However, 500 Casino remains an offshore sportsbook and should not be confused with an operator licensed by authorities such as the UK Gambling Commission. The protections, complaints process and legal recourse available to players may differ depending on where they live.
500 Casino uses a tiered KYC system. Verification is not necessarily required when creating an account, but the site can request identity documents or additional checks under its AML and KYC policy. Its verification guidance states that extra verification tiers may be requested at any time, while flagged payment activity may trigger further checks.
Support confirmed the following withdrawal limits to us:
- Unverified accounts can withdraw up to $25,000 per day.
- KYC Tier 1 increases the limit to $50,000 per day.
- KYC Tier 2 removes the withdrawal limit entirely.
During more than a year of using 500 Casino, we have deposited, placed bets and completed multiple withdrawals without encountering any account or payment problems. We have not been required to complete additional KYC so far, although our experience should not be taken as a guarantee that another player, particularly one making larger or unusual transactions, will not be asked to verify their identity. After using 500 Casino for more than a year, we have a much deeper understanding of the site than we would get from a short review test. During that time, we have deposited and withdrawn crypto multiple times, placed a wide range of sports bets, taken part in promotions and progressed through its VIP program.
The sportsbook itself is easy to navigate and provides strong coverage across traditional sports, esports and live betting. Selected in-play events can be watched directly through the sportsbook, while the choice of odds formats makes the platform accessible to bettors from different regions.
Promotions are where 500 Casino really stands out. Few other BETBY-powered sportsbooks offer the same range of event-specific campaigns, and sports bets also contribute toward XP, rakeback, VIP rewards and the daily and weekly Royales leaderboards. Our experience with payments and support has also been positive. Crypto deposits generally reach our account within 30 seconds to a minute, and we have completed multiple withdrawals without issue. Whenever we have contacted customer support, its agents have been friendly, responsive and willing to investigate specific questions properly.
The biggest factor preventing a higher score is the odds. In our comparisons, 500 Casino’s prices have sometimes been less competitive than those offered by certain rivals.
