500 Casino Top 5 Football Leagues Promotion
We’re putting 500 Casino’s Top 5 Football Leagues promotion to the test throughout the 2026/27 season. Each week, we place real bets on the featured matches, track our results and measure how much additional value the promotion provides in practice.
This is Week 3 of our test. We’ll examine the new stake-refund and set-piece reward conditions, research how realistic they are, select three qualifying bets and record the stakes and odds before the matches begin. After settlement, we’ll return to update the results, any rewards received and our running profit or loss.
Week 3 Featured Matches
500 Casino selected five fixtures for the September 12–18 game week. These are the matches available to us when deciding which qualifying bets to place for the third week of our test.
Week 3 Promotion Conditions
For the September 12–18 game week, 500 Casino is offering two types of protection across the five featured matches. These include a 75% stake refund if our selection scores first but loses, and increased winnings if it wins after scoring from a corner or free kick.
If our selection scores the opening goal but goes on to lose the match, 75% of our qualifying stake is refunded.
If our selection wins after scoring from a corner or free kick, additional winnings are credited. The size of the reward depends on the final winning margin.
Credited if our selection wins after scoring from a qualifying corner or free kick.
Credited instead if our selection scores from a qualifying corner or free kick and wins by at least two goals.
Choose the Right Teams, Then Consider the Conditions
This week’s 75% stake refund provides meaningful protection, particularly when backing a team capable of scoring first but vulnerable to a comeback. However, we will not deliberately choose a weaker selection simply because it may be more likely to surrender a lead.
Our first objective remains finding teams we genuinely believe can win at the available odds. If one of those selections scores first but subsequently loses, recovering three-quarters of the stake would significantly reduce the damage.
The set-piece rewards provide greater upside from a winning bet. A goal resulting from a corner or free kick can produce 50% additional winnings, while a victory by at least two goals increases the reward to double winnings.
These outcomes are difficult to predict precisely, but they are realistic match events rather than exceptional circumstances. We will consider which teams pose a strong threat from corners and free kicks, without allowing that factor to outweigh their overall chances of winning.
Week 3 does not offer the separate $50 and $100 free bets available during Week 2, so its maximum potential reward is less substantial. Even so, the combination of 75% stake protection and increased winnings can still add useful value to selections we would be comfortable placing without the promotion.

How Realistic Are This Week’s Set-Piece Rewards?
Week 3’s largest rewards depend on our selection winning after scoring from a corner or free kick. We examined how frequently set-piece goals have been scored across Europe’s top five leagues to put those conditions into context.
Set pieces have played a particularly important role during the 2025/26 season. Figures reported in March 2026 showed that 27.1% of Premier League goals had come from set-piece situations, excluding penalties. The corresponding figures across the other four major European leagues ranged from 17% to 24%.
The reported share of Premier League goals scored from set-piece situations, excluding penalties.
Opta reported that 18% of Premier League goals had come from corners, the highest proportion in the competition’s history.
| League | Set-Piece Goals | Comparison | Week 3 Fixture |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premier League | 27.1% | Tottenham vs Everton | |
| Serie A | 24% | Como vs Parma | |
| Bundesliga | 22% | RB Leipzig vs Hamburger SV | |
| La Liga | 19% | Alavés vs Valencia | |
| Ligue 1 | 17% | Lille vs Troyes |
What This Means for Our Bets
The figures show that goals from set-piece situations are an established part of modern football rather than an exceptionally unusual event. On the surface, the Premier League fixture provides the strongest statistical environment, with Serie A and the Bundesliga also recording a substantial proportion of goals from set pieces.
However, these percentages represent the share of all goals scored from set pieces. They are not the probability that one particular team will score a qualifying goal, win the match and, in the case of double winnings, win by at least two goals.
We can consider each team’s threat from corners and free kicks when making our selections, but it should remain a secondary factor. Our first priority is identifying teams with a realistic chance of winning at acceptable odds. The set-piece rewards then provide additional upside if the required match events occur.
Our Week 3 Bets
We’ve placed three 10 USDT pre-match singles across the Week 3 featured fixtures, giving us a total stake of 30 USDT. We’ve backed two home favorites in RB Leipzig and Lille, alongside a wider-priced Everton selection that gives us considerably greater promotional upside if it wins.
Week 3 Results
We came agonizingly close to recording a second consecutive clean sweep. RB Leipzig demolished Hamburger SV 5-0 and Lille comfortably beat Troyes 2-0, leaving Everton as the only selection standing between us and another perfect week. Unfortunately, Everton could not find a way past Tottenham Hotspur and the match finished 0-0. Our bet on Everton to win was therefore unsuccessful, but the other two selections ensured the week was far from a disappointment. Leipzig and Lille produced combined standard returns of 27.60 USDT. Leipzig’s emphatic victory also triggered the Double Winnings reward, adding another 3.60 USDT and taking our total return to 31.20 USDT from 30 USDT staked.
The winning Leipzig and Lille bets produced standard returns of 27.60 USDT. Leipzig also met the Double Winnings condition, and 500 Casino credited an additional 3.60 USDT. Lille won without activating an additional reward, giving us total receipts of 31.20 USDT from the 30.00 USDT staked.
Week 3 overall profit: +1.20 USDT
Our Week 3 Takeaway
was not quite the back-to-back clean sweep we were hoping for, but Week 3 still finished in profit. Without the promotion, our two winning bets would have returned 27.60 USDT and left us 2.40 USDT down. Leipzig’s additional 3.60 USDT reward turned that small loss into a 1.20 USDT profit. That is exactly why we are testing this promotion with real bets. The rewards will not always produce the kind of spectacular result we enjoyed in Week 2, but even a relatively small bonus can completely change the outcome of a game week. After three weeks, we have now made an overall profit of 74.90 USDT from the promotion. Everton may have denied us another clean sweep, but finishing in the green still gives us plenty to celebrate.
Balancing Win Probability With Promotional Value
RB Leipzig are our strongest conventional favorite this week. They face Hamburger SV at home and were available at odds of 1.36. The price does not provide a large standalone return, but Leipzig appear to offer one of the strongest chances of securing the basic 1X2 victory among the five featured fixtures.
Lille are our second favorite at odds of 1.40. They have made a positive start to the season and face a newly promoted Troyes side that conceded six goals in its previous league match. As with Leipzig, the price is relatively short, so our primary objective is securing the win while retaining the possibility of an additional set-piece reward.
Everton are the more adventurous selection at odds of 3.60. Tottenham have started the season poorly and entered this fixture without scoring in their opening three league matches, while Everton remain unbeaten. Tottenham’s strong historical home record against Everton makes this the riskiest of our three bets, but the current form and available price persuaded us that the away win was worth including.
The Everton selection also fits the Week 3 promotion particularly well. If Everton score first but eventually lose, 75% of our stake should be refunded. If they win after scoring from a qualifying corner or free kick, the additional reward will be worth considerably more than the same condition being triggered by either of our two short-priced favorites.
Why the Available Odds Matter
All three bets qualify for the same rewards, but the possible value of the winnings boost changes significantly with the odds. A winning Everton bet would produce 26 USDT in standard profit, compared with 3.60 USDT from Leipzig and 4 USDT from Lille.
The table below shows the approximate additional value if 500 Casino calculates increased winnings using the profit generated by each bet, as it did when settling our Week 2 Double Winnings rewards.
| Selection | Normal Profit | 50% Extra | Double Winnings Extra | 75% Stake Refund |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Everton | 26.00 USDT | +13.00 USDT | +26.00 USDT | 7.50 USDT |
| RB Leipzig | 3.60 USDT | +1.80 USDT | +3.60 USDT | 7.50 USDT |
| Lille | 4.00 USDT | +2.00 USDT | +4.00 USDT | 7.50 USDT |
These selections are part of our ongoing real-money test of the 500 Casino Top 5 Football Leagues promotion. They should not be confused with detailed betting tips or guarantees that any team will win.
Because only pre-match single bets on the 1X2 market qualify, our choices are limited to backing one of the two teams to win. We still research the fixtures and consider the available prices, but the purpose of the test is to place reasonable qualifying bets and measure how much additional value the promotion provides.
We have therefore combined two stronger favorites with one wider-priced selection. RB Leipzig and Lille give us a greater apparent chance of winning, while Everton provide greater potential value from both the standard bet and the promotional rewards.

Results After Three Weeks
Our results after nine real-money bets across three game weeks

Across the first three weeks of our season-long test, seven of our nine real-money bets have now won. Those bets have produced 128.10 USDT in standard returns, while the promotion has added a further 36.80 USDT in rewards.

Our betting results should not be viewed as a reflection of the results every player will achieve through 500 Casino’s Season Long Top 5 Football Leagues Promotion. Different selections, odds and match outcomes will naturally produce different results.
The purpose of this test is to follow the promotion over an extended period and measure the additional value its rewards provide alongside our own betting results. By tracking any free bets, doubled winnings and other rewards we receive throughout the season, we can see how much difference the promotion makes over time.
Our results reflect our own bets and experience only. The aim is to show how the promotion works in practice and highlight the value its rewards can add, rather than suggest that other players should expect the same returns.
