How 500 Casino’s Top 5 Football Leagues Promotion Works

500 Casino’s promotion focuses on matches from Europe’s five major domestic leagues: the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1.

Rather than publishing one fixed list of qualifying fixtures for the entire season, 500 Casino announces a selection of featured matches for each game week. The rewards attached to those matches can also change, so bettors need to check the current offer rather than assuming the conditions from a previous week still apply.

Depending on the game week, those rewards can include increased winnings, free bets and insurance on qualifying wagers.

This rotating format is what separates the promotion from a more conventional season-long offer. There’s something new to assess each week, and we’ll keep this page updated with the latest featured matches and reward conditions as they’re announced.

This Week’s Rewards

For the September 19–25 game week, 500 Casino is offering a full stake refund if your selection loses despite receiving fewer cards and committing fewer fouls. Players can also receive 50% additional winnings if their selection wins by at least two goals and scores from outside the box, or double winnings if it wins by two or more goals while scoring at least twice from outside the box.

What We Think of This Week’s Rewards

This week provides complete protection in a fairly unusual losing scenario, alongside two winnings boosts linked to long-range goals and victories by at least two goals.

The 100% stake refund is the most valuable of the three rewards in percentage terms. If our selection loses despite receiving fewer cards and committing fewer fouls, the entire qualifying stake is returned. That is an improvement on last week’s 75% refund, although the new conditions are arguably harder to satisfy.

A team can produce a disciplined performance and still lose, particularly if its opponent is more clinical in front of goal. However, receiving fewer cards does not necessarily mean committing fewer fouls. Both statistical conditions must be met, so a losing selection cannot qualify by simply finishing the match with the better disciplinary record.

This is also difficult to target before kickoff. Match odds do not usually provide enough value to justify backing a weaker team purely because it may commit fewer fouls or receive fewer cards. The original selection should still be based on its price and chance of winning, with the refund acting as protection if it loses under the required circumstances.

The two winning rewards have significantly more upside but require much more specific match outcomes. A selection must win by at least two goals and score from outside the penalty area to trigger the 50% winnings increase. To receive double winnings, it must win by the same margin while scoring at least two long-range goals.

Goals from outside the box are much less common than ordinary goals, and two in the same match is an exceptional occurrence. Even a dominant victory will not qualify unless the location of the goals meets the promotion’s definition. This makes the double-winnings reward difficult to target and more likely to arrive as an unexpected bonus.

Compared with last week, the improved 100% stake refund is a clear positive. The previous game week returned only 75% of the stake when a selection scored first and lost. However, that condition was easier to follow and arguably more likely to occur than a losing team finishing with both fewer cards and fewer fouls.

The winnings boosts are similarly harder to activate this week. Direct goals from free kicks or corners are uncommon, but requiring a team to score two goals from outside the box while also winning by at least two makes the maximum reward particularly demanding.

Overall, this week offers excellent protection if the refund conditions are met, but the requirements are restrictive. The 50% and double-winnings rewards provide substantial potential value, although bettors should regard them as possible bonuses rather than outcomes they can reliably target. As always, the underlying bet and available odds need to make sense without the promotion.

Our Verdict

For the first sportsbook promotion we’re covering at Crypto Sports Lab, we think we’ve picked a good one.

What interests us most isn’t just this week’s rewards, but the format of the promotion itself. With new featured matches and rewards throughout the season, there should regularly be something new for us to look at rather than this becoming another promotion page that’s outdated within a few days.

This week’s offer is a good example. The two-goal half-time insurance covers an unlikely but particularly painful way to lose a football bet, while the double winnings offer provides some serious additional upside if the right match conditions are met.
